Schedule Availability
To configure your booking schedule in Negosyo Toolkit, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Appointments from the Negosyo Toolkit dashboard then select Calendar.
- Select the specific booking you want to adjust and click the Edit button.
- Go to the Availability section in the left-hand sidebar.
Availability Range Settings
In the Availability Range Settings section, you can customize your schedule in the following ways:
- Within Future Days: Specify the number of days your booking will remain active.
- Within a Date Range: Set a defined date range for your appointments.
- Identify into the Future: Keep your booking available indefinitely for future dates.
Configuring Availability Hours
You can either select Custom Hours or apply an Existing Schedule Template.
- Custom Hours: Set up a schedule tailored to specific holidays or available days for a particular event.
- Existing Schedule Templates: Create templates by following the relevant documentation and reuse them as needed.
Add Date Overrides
The Add Date Overrides option allows you to mark additional dates as available or unavailable:
- Available Hours: Specify your working hours for the selected day.
- Mark to Unavailable: Check this option to block specific hours or days from being booked.
Availability Schedule Templates
From the Which Schedule Do You Want to Use dropdown, select a pre-built availability schedule. These templates are created in the Availability section. Simply pick the desired schedule to apply it to your booking.
Save Your Changes
After setting up your schedule, click the Save Changes button to apply all updates.
