Set Booking Summary Email

The Booking Summary feature in Negosyo Toolkit allows you to receive booking reports directly via email at intervals you select.

To configure the Booking Summary, follow these steps:

  1. From the Negosyo Toolkit Dashboard Go to Settings in the Appointment dashboard. This will take you to the Global Settings page, where you can adjust the general booking settings.
  2. In the first section, you’ll see the following options:
    • Admin Email: This is the email address where administrative notifications will be sent. The default shortcode retrieves the admin email, but you can add other email addresses if needed.
    • Summary Email: Turn this option on to receive summary notifications for each booking. You can also specify how frequently you want to receive these summaries by adjusting the How Often to Send Summary Email? setting.
    • Other Settings: Configure the other details as seen in the illustration and don’t forget to save the changes.
