With Negosyo Toolkit, you can manage your availability, allowing attendees to pick suitable time slots for meetings with you or your team. Negosyo Toolkit enables you to create calendars or assign hosts for your meetings. This guide will take you through the simple steps to set up a new host in Negosyo Toolkit.
- Navigate to the Negosyo Toolkit dashboard and click on Appointment.
2. Look for the Add New Host button and click it.

A pop-up window will appear, displaying a list of users on your Negosyo Toolkit site along with their names and email addresses. Select the desired host by clicking on their email ID.
Next, choose the booking type for the host:
- One-to-One Booking
- Group Booking
Provide Event Details
After selecting a booking type, enter the necessary event details and click Continue.
That’s it! Repeat these steps to create as many hosts or calendars as needed. Negosyo Toolkit makes scheduling meetings with your team and attendees easy and efficient.
